The vibe

One of Denver's most focused steakhouses, A5 takes its name from the highest Japanese wagyu grading and applies that same obsession across an entire menu. Bar seating during happy hour offers the kitchen's house-ground wagyu in slider and French dip form at prices that make the math almost too good to believe. The room is dark, precise, and adult in the best sense — this is serious beef, served seriously.
