Florida allows timed drink discounts. No statewide hour limit. Last call is generally 2 a.m.
The custom
Downtown and Hyde Park do the after-work version between about 3 and 7, heavier on wine and small plates than on well drinks. Ybor is the later night. The Atlas’s Tampa list leans to the first of those.
