The fire-driven counterpart to Uchi, opened by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole in Sunset Harbour in March 2025. Stunning 207-seat space with tropical brutalism meets Japanese deco design — exposed concrete with shell accents, sea-green marble mosaics, teakwood shutters.
