The vibe
The first and only sake brewpub outside Japan, Moto-i is a singular Minneapolis treasure. The intimate izakaya concept features house-brewed sake, Tokyo-style ramen, and a rooftop patio that's one of the most coveted outdoor spots in the Lyn-Lake neighborhood. The Kimoto Daiginjo sake is brewed on the open-air rooftop and is unlike anything else in the Midwest.
