The vibe
Prato is Winter Park's neighborhood Italian heart — a long, slim room with an open wood-fired kitchen, a bar lined with Amaro bottles, and a patio that opens onto Park Avenue's leafy boulevard. The daily happy hour is one of the most civilized rituals in Orlando's food scene: proper Negronis, excellent focaccia, and pizzas that come out of the wood oven with beautiful char. The Michelin recognition is well earned and hard won.
