A landlord page says half-price margaritas Wednesday to Saturday. This card uses Lupe's own site, which prices Friday, 5 to 6, at . A DJ starts at 7. GST is included.

Worth knowing in Perth
Perth’s printed happy hour is a short one. The regulator is likely to call a longer one, or one after 7, unacceptable.
The rule
Western Australia allows a posted drink discount. A happy hour longer than 60 minutes, more than twice a day, or after 7 p.m. is the shape the liquor director is likely to refuse, and so is a discount of more than half. GST is in the price. You must be 18. See the Australia page.
The custom
The CBD cards that print a price are one hour, usually 4 to 5 or 5 to 6. St Georges Terrace does a $10 cocktail list and, on Friday, a $10 margarita. Hay Street does house beer, wine and spirits at $8. A page that names the hour and leaves the price off is not on this card.
Using the Atlas here
Every Perth card in this first wave was read on the venue’s own site in October 2026. A line at $8 or $10 is one drink at that price. A Friday-and-Saturday oyster line that starts at 4 and does not name an end is not a second window.
Across Australia
Australian happy hour is legal and ordinary, and it is not a free-for-all. New South Wales and Victoria both tell licensees that a discount must not be built to make people drink fast. The price on the menu already includes GST.
The vibe
