The vibe

Chef Christopher Kearse's contemporary French restaurant is Old City's most elevated happy hour experience. The L-shaped marble-topped bar hosts one of the most inventive happy hour menus in the city — where else can you get foie gras toast for under $9? The 'Story' cocktail (with its crowd-sourced narrative notebook) has become a cult Philadelphia bar ritual.
