The vibe
Newly opened French-inspired steakhouse by Chef Jenner Tomaska (James Beard background) in the One Chicago tower. Midwestern steakhouse meets 1920s French Nouvelle cuisine with open-fire cooking, tableside duck à la presse, and a bread and cheese cart. Master Sommelier Ken Fredrickson leads the wine program.
