A service charge of about 10% is a tip and is optional. When a venue says it adds or waives one, the deal note says so.

US dollar amounts are a mid-market estimate as of 2026-10-28, not the venue's price. The venue charges reais.

The Morumbi page prints the hour and portions from , and it does not print drink prices. The chain’s promotions page, for São Paulo locations on weekdays from 5 p.m., also lists a caipirinha rodízio at and a Heineken double whose price is not printed, and it does not name a closing time, so those stay off this card. One location of the chain. The page does not say whether the optional 10% service charge is added.

Worth knowing in São Paulo

São Paulo’s happy hour is the end of the workday. The card is the place that prints a window and a price, which is a shorter list than the habit.

The rule

Brazil allows a posted drink discount. There is no statutory happy-hour clock. You must be 18. A 10% service charge is a tip, and it is optional. If you drive, Lei Seca is zero tolerance. See the Brazil page.

The custom

The windows people mean run from about 5 to 8, in Pinheiros, Vila Madalena, Itaim, Jardins and Morumbi. Most of those rooms never print the price on their own site. Morumbi’s published hour is Bar Fogo at Fogo de Chão, Monday to Friday, 5 to 8, portions from R$21. The chain’s promotions page also lists a caipirinha rodízio at R$59 from 5 p.m. at its São Paulo locations, without a closing time, so that package stays in the note.

Using the Atlas here

The São Paulo card in this first wave was read on the restaurant’s own site in October 2026. “From R$21” is the floor of the portion list, not one plate at that price, and it is not a drink. A sports bar, a party boteco, a casual chain, and a price that lives only in a magazine were left off.

Across Brazil

Brazil does not ban a happy hour. In São Paulo the after-work drink is a city habit, and a restaurant that will print the window and the price is rarer than the crowd at 6.
